Are You Guys Crazy?Are you guys (crazy, stupid, idiots, mental, scammers or any other adjective that you particularly feel fond of and would like to place here)? Answers.
As you might well suspect, when we started telling people about our JustOneSpin plan, we got a lot of these type of questions. Here are our answers to many of them and we'll continue to add more as they come in.
Are you guys crazy? Nate is, but Jeffrey's not. (Note: Jeffrey is writing the answer to this question).
Is this a scam?: Nope. If we were perpetrating a scam, we'd be looking to scam a lot more than a dollar or two from you.
Is this a joke? Nope. We're off to Vegas whether it's with $10 or $10,000 in our pockets.
Why should we believe you? I think we could come up with a better lie than "we're going to take your money and bet it on a roulette spin" if we had any reason to not tell the truth.
Can we see pictures? Of the preparations of the spin (yes) or our late night entertainment (no)?
Are you guys stupid?: We'll see come August 2006 and again in 2007.
Do you really expect people to donate money: Sure, why not? We elected Bush president.
Only an idiot would give you money. Please refer to the above answer.
What are you going to do if you win? With no donations? Buy a beer?
Do we get anything if you win? We'll raise our beer and toast to you.
Is my donation tax deductible? That's a good one...a charity that takes your money and goes to Vegas to gamble with it.
Shouldn't you donate all your winnings to charity? Ummm, we haven't won anything yet (let's sure hope that changes).
